As an Interventional Pain Management Specialist for over eight years, Dr.Steven Horowitz provides advanced comprehensive musculoskeletal care at Brooklyn Premier Orthopedics located in Brooklyn Heights and Ditmas Park and the Center for Musculoskeletal Disorders in New Jersey.
Dr. Steven Horowitz uses traditional and advanced treatments like spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, PRP therapy, stem cell therapy, and various types of regenerative medicine aimed at relieving pain for patients with persistent and recurrent neck pain, back pain, chronic headaches, osteoarthritis, joint pain, muscle pain and other chronic pain conditions.
Receiving his medical degree from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine, Dr. Horowitz has a dual board certification in Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation, and Spine and Interventional Pain Management. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and continued his education at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City, where he completed his specialty fellowship training in Pain Management
